Kajsa Ollongren is a politician who served in the Netherlands as Minister of Defence (2022–24) and Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (2017–22) in two consecutive Rutte cabinets, also holding the role of Deputy Prime Minister (2017–22). Previously, she was an alderwoman and deputy Mayor of Amsterdam. Having entered the Dutch civil service in 1991, she served as the deputy secretary-general (2007-11) and secretary-general (2011-14) within the Prime Minister’s office. Ollongren, who is a dual Dutch and Swedish national, studied history at the University of Amsterdam and Public Administration at the École Nationale d'Administration in Paris.

Through determination, she became Ghana’s first civilian female pilot and achieved multiple aviation milestones. She became the UK’s first Black female aircraft inspector for two major aviation bodies. Patricia has led multiple youth and women’s aviation projects. She founded Fafali Aircraft Ltd and a STEAM-focused nonprofit. She has received numerous awards, including an OBE. Her inspiring story is featured in books, with her autobiography set for release in 2025.

Prior to being appointed President – Civil Aerospace, Rob was President - Rolls-Royce Electrical and played a fundamental role in building the Rolls-Royce Electrical business since October 2017. Prior to this role, Rob held a number of different roles across the Group, joining as Regional Director, Middle East, before taking on a number of customer business and programme management leadership roles. He was also Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive. Rob worked in the oil and gas industry before joining Rolls-Royce. He started his career as a diplomat with the British Foreign Office.

Brig. Gen. pilot Krzysztof STOBIECKI, born October 13, 1973. He began his aviation adventure in 1992 by entering the Aviation High School in Dęblin, after that he became a cadet at the Air Force Academy in Dęblin. He began his professional service in the 9th Fighter Aviation Regiment in Zegrze Pomorskie, and then after 4 years continued it in the 41st Fighter Aviation Squadron in Malbork. Graduate of the National Defense University, in field of Management of Aviation Organisations. He completed Defense Policy Studies at the War Studies Univercity in Warsaw. He participated many times in NATO exercises in Poland and abroad. Since 2011, he has held the position of Commander of the Air Action Group in the 22nd BLT and since 2012 he was deputy commander - Polish Military Contingent ORLIK. In 2014, he commanded PMC ORLIK as part of the AIR POLICING mission in the airspace of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Since many years Commander of the 23rd Tactical Air Base Mińsk Mazowiecki where he implemented FA-50 fighters to the Polish Air Force. Still an active pilot MiG-29 and FA-50. Currently, he serves as the Ministerial Advisor - Plenipotentiary of the Minister of National Defence for Aviation.

Pierre is a Technical Director at IBM, in charge of strategic partnerships for IBM Quantum, mainly in Europe. Pierre has more than 18 years of experience and began his career at the CEA in scientific computing and parallel codes, then at CSSI on the CEA's scientific platforms. He then joined IBM Technology Services in 2006 to take on a role as IT Specialist for SNECMA, then IT Architect. His career then led him to IBM Systems, where he held the position of technical leader for Crédit Agricole. He then took over the management of the technical architects of IBM Systems France, before taking up the position of Technical Director of the IBM Systems France entity. Since June 2021, Pierre has been actively working on the development of IBM Quantum's strategic partnerships, particularly in the areas of government, finance and chemicals. Pierre graduated from Polytech Sorbonne in 2005, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Joachim Pohlmann has been serving as the chief of cabinet (kabinetschef) to Belgian Minister of Defence and Foreign Trade, Theo Francken, since February 2025 . Prior to this role, Pohlmann held significant positions within the New Flemish Alliance (N-VA), including serving as the party's spokesperson and as a close advisor to N-VA leader Bart De Wever, the current Belgian Prime Minister. In 2019, he transitioned to become the chief of cabinet for Culture under Flemish Minister-President Jan Jambon. Pohlmann is also a reserve lieutenant colonel in the Belgian army, a background that complements his current responsibilities in the Defence Ministry.
