As a result, our intellectual property must be carefully balanced so that innovation is spurred and, at the same time, fair users of standards-based technology are unduly not burden with over-valued royalties. Why voluntary consensus standards shaping the Fourth Industrial Revolution are utterly necessary within robust intellectual property systems?
